My Sleek Liquid Lipstick Collection

Hi, as I own a lot of Sleeks Matte Me liquid lipsticks I thought I would show you my collection!

When it comes to Christmas time, sleek sell their Matte Me's in travel sizes, in sets of four and I bought two sets (I lost two of lipsticks though 😢😂). I loved them so much that I bought two full sizes Matte Me's as well.

I have 8 over all but 2 of these are Matte Me metallics which are much more sheer, but are (as the name suggests) metallic.

Volcanic is a golden brown(y) colour and is one of the metallics. I'm not really the biggest fan of this shade, however, as it is quite sheer you can wear it and it not look too brown (as I think brown lip colours aren't very flattering on me).

Rusted Rose is the nicer of the two metallic shades I have and it is a mauve(y) pink(y) shade. I really like this shade but I would definitely say that the regular Matte Me's last longer than these as these don't stay on overly well.

Birthday suit is a very (very) good nude shade and it is their best seller for a very good reason. This shade is very flattering to all skin tones and it does last very well.

Shabby Chic is my favourite Sleek Matte Me and also my favourite liquid lipstick. Again, it is a very good nude, but this one has more mauve in it and is less orangey and mauve shades are my favourite!!!! It lasts well, is a gorgeous colour and is very inexpensive. I would recommend this to everyone.

Fandango Purple is a very bright and vivid purple that is extremely opaque. This colour is a little less for everyday use (for me) but it is still a great colour if you are looking for a purple.

Rioja Red is a classic bright red. If you are looking to do a red lip, then this shade is perfect!

Vino Tinto is a berry/ wine colour and is great if you are looking to make a statement with a bold lip.

And finally, Old Hollywood is a very deep, dark red colour that is really nice and very flattering, for some reason though, I find that this one lasts the worst during the day.

My Foundation Collection!

Hi, sorry I haven't posted in the last month, but I have been crazy busy!!!

I thought I would show you my foundation collection! I know it is a little excessive, but I have lots of reasons why I have each one!
I have 15 foundations and I have arranged them according to the amount of coverage they give. I buy mainly drugstore foundations because I like trying new foundations and trying the ones that have just come out, and when they are £7 each instead of £40, this is a little more do able.

 Light Coverage:
The KIKO Skin trainer CC Blur has got to be my favourite sheer foundation as it has a really cool moussy texture, it eliminates all pores and it evens out the colour of my skin. I would say this has very little coverage at all and is probably more like a foundation crossed with a primer rather than a foundation.
I don't really like the Collection Naturally Matt Foundations as I think they are very orangey, but they are great if you want something that you don't mind people trying if they are playing with all of your makeup!
As for the two Maybelline items, both are very light coverage but both last very well throughout the day and are available in a lot of shades.

This is the KIKO CC Skin Trainer. I thought I'd show you quite how moussy and airy the texture of this foundation is, as it really is like nothing else!

Medium Coverage:
A lot of these foundations are foundations that I have for when I do my friends makeup, so I buy a larger variety of shades in them. I really like the M.A.C. Studio Fix foundation and it has got to be one of my favourites but I probably won't buy it again unless I can find it cheaper as I like experimenting with foundations.
I love both my Rimmel Foundations, and I have tried others from them in the past and I would definitely say that if you are looking for a foundation for a highstreet/ drug store price then Rimmel is the way to go as you really can't go wrong!

 Full Coverage:
I love Full Coverage foundations but you definitely need different shades for summer and winter as it is much harder to get away with using a foundation that is slightly the wrong colour!
I have two foundations by The Ordinary and I recommend these very highly as they are super full coverage and they have 21 shades.... oh and they are also very cheap (about £4!!!!!) . The Lancome foundation is also very good but it is far too pale for me now and quite expensive and it also can look a bit too thick on.

Makeup Haul!

Hiya, I thought I'd show you the makeup I bought recently (yes two posts in two days, I'm pretty shocked too!) These have been brought from a number of shops including Boots, Superdrug and TK Maxx.

These are the Lipstick Queen products that I bought from TK Maxx. On the left is the Lipstick Queen Seven Deadly Sins lipgloss in Vanity and it it beautiful! It is a dark mauve colour that is not sticky at all. On the right is the Lipstick Queen Lip Liner in Fire Red. It is so longwearing and such a vibrant colour.

These are Sleek Matte Me liquid Lipsticks in Shabby Chic (the left) and Fandango Purple (on the right) and they are gorgeous colours. I can't wait to use these!

This is the Makeup Revolution Fast Base Stick foundation and I can't wait to use this because as shown in the pic below, it is very full coverage which is great.

This is the Smart Colour Mascara in 05 and it is a really pretty brown/ burgundy colour. This will look great as something a bit different to the regular black mascara so I can't wait to use it more!
This is the 30 Days Extension Night Treatment and is supposed to make your lashes longer and thicker so I will keep you posted on whether this works but I'm very excited to give it a try.

This is the Makeup Obsession Eyeshadow in Antique Lace. Its a gorgeous shimmery brown with a hint of copper that will look lovely under the lower lashes and corners of the lids.
Thank you and I hope you liked this and I certainly can't wait to try these products in more detail. Please let me know if you have any suggestions of what you want me to do a post about or review. There will be another post on tuesday so please check back then!

May Favourites

Hi all,

I'm so sorry it has been such a long time since my last post but thanks to those that have still been reading my old posts!

Fingers crossed I will have more time to post again so hopefully you won't have to wait another six months for post!

Anyway... on with the favourites:

This is the British Hair Multi Benefits All-in-One Styling Lotion and can be bought from British Hair for £9.95. This product is great for anyone who has frizzy or out of control hair or even anyone who just wants their hair to feel silky smooth. These products are incredible and makes your hair feel amazing from the second you use it to the day you wash your hair again.

This is the Measurable Difference Argon Oil Instant face and body moisturiser and is sold for around £7.50 but it is extremely hard to get hold of. This oil is great for helping blend makeup products, add moisture to dry skin and amazing on the lips before applying lipstick.

This is the Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette and is sold for £9.99 on FeelUnique. The purple shade in this palette is what I have been OBSESSED with as it is insanely reflective and looks amazing when it catches the son. I would definitely recommend this highlighting palette to anyone.

As you can see this product has definitely been loved as it isn't in the best condition! This is the Sleek Face Contour Kit in Light and can be bought for £6.99 from Boots. The contour shade is the one I use and it is brilliant for making your cheekbones stand out but still looking relatively natural.

This is the KIKO Ultra Tech Mascara and can be bought for £6.99 but KIKO almost always have an offer on which is buying any mascara for £3.90. This mascara is very lengthening and volumising but also separates the lashes well so they don't look clumpy. This mascara is SO good!

This is the Sleek Matte Me liquid lipstick in Shabby Chic and can be bought for £4.99 from ASOS. This is so long wearing ( I tried to wash this off after doing the swatch and nothing came off!!!!!!!) and the colour is gorgeous. It is the perfect nude shade.
This is the Collection Instant Brow Pomade in Brunette. It is sold for £3.99 and the value for money is really good. It is really well pigmented and is also quite long lasting.

I hope you like this post and looking at the stuff that I've really enjoyed this past month.

Please comment anything you want me to do a post about or any of your comments about something I have reviewed.

Thank you and please check back soon for a new post! Also please go and follow my Instagram account:  @IzzyBellaMakeup   so that you can know when I post!

August Favourites

As it is nearing the end of August, I thought I would tell you what some of my favourite products have been this month. I have used all of these products constantly and will definitely will be repurchasing all of them when they run out!

This is the Orly Nail Varnish in Close Your Eyes. It is a gorgeous shimmery purple colour that lasts a very long time. It is very easy to apply and I have been using it constantly as it is just so pretty. When the colour catches the light, it is really sparkly and nice.
This is the Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat and it is very inexspensive but drys unbelievably quickly ( definitely good for those that don't like sitting and waiting for their nails to dry)! It also makes the nail very shiny and makes the nail varnish underneath last a very long time if you wrap the tips of each nail.
This is the Paul Mitchell Extra Body styling liquid and is very good at adding body to the hair and making your hair feel more voluminous. If you find that your hair is quite flat and fine, I would definitely recommend this.
This is the Wycon Liquid Lipstick in shade 47 and it was feautured in a previous post. This is amazing, lasts a long time, and the colour is very strong on the lips. If you have any red tints in your hair, this is really good at bringing them out and making them noticeable.
This is the No7 Shade and Define Stick in Cool Mink and is perfect for wearing as a base or on its own. I have been applying it to the lid and then blending it out with a fluffy blending brush and it leaves a beautiful shimmery wash.
This is the Makeup Forever Camouflage Cream Palette in No2. These shades have a very high coverage and are great for covering up big under eye circles.
I have loved the Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub as it really softens the lips and the fact that it tastes delicious is just an added bonus. There is no stain to it which I like as it moisturises, softens and removes the dead skin from your lips which is great after a day of wearing a drying liquid lipstick.
This is the Revlon Ultimate All In One Mascara and the wand is very small which makes the mascara very easy to apply- especially on the bottom lashes. The colour is jet black which is great and it goes through the day without crumbling and leaving black dots on your face.

Please comment below if you have ever tried any of these products and what you thought of them and also if there is anything that you would like me to review or try. Please also check out my Instagram account which is @IzzyBella_Makeup  !!!!
