Sleek Makeup Blush and Contour Kit

The Sleek Makeup blushers are talked about as being the best drugstore blushes and everyone on things like YouTube talk about how much they love the contour kit. However, I'm not a fan of either. I think that the packaging of both is 'sleek' but I don't like it as it is plastic with a matte effect, it gets grubby really quickly and shows up fingerprints if you pick it up whilst doing your makeup.
The products themselves are highly pigmented and the contour kit's highlighter and bronzer are extremely creamy; that is what I like about them. But, the blusher is quite dry and if you use a brush with it, the colour doesn't really show up. The contour colour in the contour kit looks extremely orange if used on pale skin and therefore, it can look like you have the wrong colour foundation on if it isn't properly blended.
The packaging of the Blushers and Contour Kits (I think you can see quite how dirty they are)
The Blusher on the left is Pixie Pink and the Contour kit is in the shade Light

I think that these products are quite good for the price and I would probably buy another blush to find out whether it was just the colour I bought that is quite dry.

My favourite MUA products

I love drugstore/ high street products as much as I love high-end make-up and that is why I was so happy to find a ridiculously reasonable brand of make-up whose products I would compare to some high-end brands. I have lots of MUA products so I thought I would show you some of my favourites...

Matte Lipstick- Wild Berry- £1
Regular formulation lipsticks- left to right- Juicy, Shade 4, Shade 3 and Barely there- £1
The MUA lipsticks have a really creamy formulation and they last for a really long time, they are highly pigmented and they are only £1!!!!! The matte lipsticks are quite drying on the lips but Wild Berry isn't and that's why I love it!

Mosaic Bronzer- Sunkissed glow - £2.50
This mosaic bronzer is beautiful and all the colours can be swirled together with your brush or you can just use each colour section individually.

Left to Right - Electric Purple, (matte) Midnight and Eye Dust in Shade 1
Eyeshadow trio in Pink Sorbet
The MUA eyeshadows have an amazing payoff and they are super creamy. The eye dust is beautiful and gives a gorgeous sparkle to the eye. I love it!!

Left to Right- Softly lined, Red drama
The MUA lip liners are super creamy, super pigmented and have an amazing staying power!! These colours are beautiful and look really nice layered on top of each other.

Left to Right - Brunette, Blonde
The brunette eyebrow pencil is great as it isn't red toned, there isn't any shimmer in it and it is very firm so you can do precise hair marks. However I don't like the Blonde one for eyebrows as it is more gold and it is shimmery. But I love it because it looks great as an eyeshadow base!!

Left to Right- Turquoise, Rich Brown, Snow White
These eyeliners are amazing as they are super creamy and very pigmented. They look great along the lower lash line but because they are so creamy they can't be worn to thick on the lid and along the lash line because they tend to transfer up. The eyeliner in Rich Brown is my favourite MUA product as it is so nice to wear on my water line.

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo

The Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoos are cream eye-shadows with a lot of staying power. I have hodded eyes and they still have lasted at least ten hours without fading and I have never had an eye-shadow that has been this good.
There are twelve shades in this collection and most of them are shimmery. I have two of the most popular colours from the collection and they are 65-pink gold and 35-on and on bronze. These colours are beautiful and they are easily blendable and buildable but you do have to move quickly as they set very fast.
Although you would think that they would dry out quite quickly, they really don't and also it takes ages to reach the bottom of the pan so it is good that they take a long time to dry out.
On the left in Pink Gold and on the right is On and On Bronze.
The colours are stronger in the flesh.
These colours are a bit difficult to get off but you just have to use a good remover- oily ones work best.

No7 Stay Perfect Foundation

The No7 Stay Perfect foundation is great for people with normal or combination skin and it has a low to medium coverage. I have dry skin and I find that although the bottle/tube says won't flake on dry skin, it does. It can look a little bit streaky if you don't blend it quick enough as it seems to 'set' quite quickly.
There is a good range of shades that it can come in; No7 in general could benefit from adding a few more colours that will suit people with all skin tones.

The foundation comes in a glass bottle/tube and the tube is very strong. The lid does get foundation around the edges inside it quite quickly but that can be easily wiped away.

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette

The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette has six neutral colours and within that are five matte and one shimmery. There is a gorgeous pink toned highlight colour that looks amazing in the inner corner of your eye and also a matte black that looks really nice smudged just below your water line .These colours don't have a large amount of drop down and are very blendable as long as you use a good brush.

Colours From Left to Right- Venus, Foxy, W.O.S,
Naked 2, Crave.
The colours all look like they are in the picture once they are on the eye, however, it takes quite a few swipes to get a very dense colour.
